We are currently hiring on behalf of this client. We don't need hunters. We need closers. Clicks Geek is a Google Premier Partner agency that manages Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and lead generation for local service businesses across the U.S. -- plumbers, roofers, HVAC companies, attorneys, contractors, and 290+ other verticals. We're hiring inside sales closers to handle a high-volume inbound lead flow. Every person you talk to has already raised their hand. They came to us. Your job is to get them acrossthe line.No cold calling. No outbound prospecting. No chasing. You pick up the phone, and theperson on the other end already wants what we sell. What You'll Do<ul><li>Close inbound leads generated from our SEO, YouTube, and paid channels -- warm prospects who are actively looking for help with their digital marketing</li><li>Run consultative sales calls with local service business owners who need Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, web design, or lead generation</li><li>Manage a pipeline of 30-50+ active opportunities at any given time</li><li>Hit a quota of 40 closed deals per month -- top performers consistently hit 60-75</li><li>Work inside a CRM (Close) with full call tracking, transcription, and coaching infrastructure already built</li><li>Collaborate with onboarding and fulfillment teams to ensure clean handoffs</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>Must-haves:Proven track record closing digital marketing services -- Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social</li><li>media, web design, or similar. This is non-negotiable. You need to be able to speak the</li><li>language fluently on a sales call without a script in front of you.</li><li>Experience in an inbound, inside sales environment with high call volume</li><li>Comfortable selling to small business owners -- you understand their world, their</li><li>concerns, and how to frame ROI in terms they care about</li><li>Minimum 2 years in a closing role (not SDR, not appointment setting -- closing)</li><li>Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota</li></ul>Nice-to-haves:<ul><li>Experience selling specifically to home services, legal, medical, or trades verticals</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or website design concepts beyond</li><li>surface level</li><li>Experience with Close CRM or similar sales platforms</li><li>Background working at a digital marketing agency in a sales capacity</li></ul>What We're Not Looking For<ul><li>People who need to be managed through every call</li><li>People who think "follow-up" means one email and then marking the lead as dead</li><li>People whose experience is selling SaaS, insurance, or other non-marketing products</li><li>and think it translates -- it might, but we prioritize direct experience</li><li>People who want to build their own outbound book. That's not this role. The leads come to you.</li></ul>Compensation -- Uncapped<ul><li>$30,000 base salary -- the base is modest because the commission is where you eat</li><li>35% commission on first-month client payment -- uncapped, no ceiling</li><li>Our standard first-month fee is $800, putting your commission at $280 per close</li><li>At quota (40/month): $30K base + $134K commission = $164K/year</li><li>Top performers (65-100+/month): $30K base + $218-336K+ commission = $248-366K+/year</li><li>Full benefits -- health insurance premium fully covered by the company</li></ul>There is no cap on what you can earn. We will never punish you for closing too much. The more you close, the more you make. Period.
