You'll visit residential and commercial properties to ensure their basements stay dry and their foundations stay strong. <ul><li>Inspect &amp; Maintain: Perform annual service on sump pumps and waterproofing equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot: Diagnose issues and provide immediate on-site repairs.</li><li>Consult &amp; Sell: Recommend and install additional products (battery backups, dehumidifiers, etc.) to help homeowners protect their biggest investment.</li><li>Build Relationships: Represent Scaldino with professionalism and earn the trust of our customers.</li></ul>What We're Looking For: <ul><li>Hands-on Skill: Experience maintaining or operating sump pumps and related equipment.</li><li>Problem Solvers: You enjoy troubleshooting and finding the "why" behind a mechanical issue.</li><li>Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license is required to operate our company vehicles.</li><li>Communication Skills: You're comfortable talking to homeowners and explaining technical solutions clearly.</li></ul>Ready to take the next step?
