margin-top: 18pt;">What You'll Do</h2>As our Fractional Chief Growth Officer, you'll work alongside our CEO and a team of experienced specialists in Finance, Sales, Talent, and Operations.Together, you'll help business owners answer one critical question:What's actually preventing this business from growing?You'll lead Growth Assessments by evaluating:<ul><li>Lead generation strategy</li><li>Marketing attribution and reporting</li><li>Customer acquisition costs</li><li>ROI across every marketing channel</li><li>Website conversion performance</li><li>Sales and marketing alignment</li><li>Referral systems</li><li>Local SEO and Google Business Profile performance</li><li>AI and automation opportunities</li><li>Customer journey and lead response</li><li>Marketing technology and CRM effectiveness</li></ul>You'll help clients determine:<ul><li>What's working</li><li>What's wasting money</li><li>Where demand is leaking</li><li>Where they should invest more</li><li>Where they should stop spending</li><li>Whether marketing is actually the constraint--or if another part of the business needs attention first</li></ul>You'll then help build a practical 90-day roadmap that creates measurable business results.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt;
