<h1>Customer Service &amp; Appointment Setter -- Remote Alberta Contractor</h1> Location: Alberta Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance Contract Compensation: $15-$25 CAD/hour estimated total earning potential<h2> </h2><h2>About the Role</h2>ClearResults is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service &amp; Appointment Setter to support the growth of Keil Electric and its multi-location home services operations.As an independent contractor, you will work remotely from Canada and help manage customer communications, incoming calls, warm leads, appointment scheduling, and CRM activity.This role is well suited for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with customers by phone, able to work independently, and confident learning and using CRM systems such as GoHighLevel.You will primarily support the Kyle market while also providing backup coverage for operations in Austin and Lake Charles.<h2> </h2><h2>Compensation</h2><ul><li>$15.00 CAD per hour for approved hours worked</li><li>+$8 CAD for each qualified appointment booked</li><li>Total earnings will vary based on hours worked and appointment volume</li><li>No stated cap on appointment-booking bonuses</li></ul><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Customer Service &amp; Communication</h3><ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls professionally</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels</li><li>Provide clear information about services, scheduling, and next steps</li><li>Build trust and confidence with homeowners and commercial customers</li><li>Maintain a warm, professional, and helpful communication style</li></ul><h3>Appointment Setting &amp; Lead Follow-Up</h3><ul><li>Respond to warm leads and open estimates</li><li>Identify customer needs and answer questions</li><li>Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate</li><li>Qualify opportunities and book appointments for field technicians</li><li>Help customers move forward with service when there is a good fit</li></ul><h3>GoHighLevel CRM &amp; Scheduling</h3><ul><li>Use GoHighLevel to manage incoming calls, leads, customer communications, and appointments</li><li>Schedule and route qualified appointments for field technicians</li><li>Maintain accurate customer, lead, estimate, and appointment information in the CRM</li><li>Track follow-ups and customer activity throughout the sales process</li><li>Support multiple locations and service markets through the centralized CRM system</li></ul><h2>Markets &amp; Time Zone Coverage</h2>This is a multi-location support role.You will primarily support the Kyle market while also providing backup coverage for operations in Austin and Lake Charles.You must be available to support customers and operations across Pacific and Central Time Zones.
