About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a smooth and professional experience from the very first interaction.
This role blends receptionist-style responsibilities with light sales and appointment setting, making it perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and helping move things forward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer Incoming Calls & Messages
- Professionally handle inquiries from US homeowners and guide them through next steps.
- Schedule & Confirm Appointments
- Book service visits and follow up to ensure customers show up and are prepared.
- Follow Up with Leads
- Reach out to past inquiries and warm leads to help them move forward.
- Keep Things Organized
- Update customer details and appointment notes in the CRM system.
- Support the Team
- Pass along clear, helpful information to the US-based team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Get Paid
- Base Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 USD per hour (based on experience)

What We're Looking For
- Customer-Focused Communicator
- Clear English, friendly tone, and confident speaking with US customers
- Organized & Dependable
- You can manage calls, schedules, and follow-ups without constant supervision
- Experience Helps (But Not Everything)
- Background in customer service, receptionist work, or appointment setting is a strong plus
- Tech-Ready
- Reliable internet, headset, and comfort using CRMs and online tools
- Self-Motivated
- Fluent English
