While our children are older and more independent, we are looking for someone who can provide structure, reliability, and steady support while helping keep the home organized and running smoothly.</p><p>The right person will enjoy balancing practical household responsibilities with being a positive and trusted adult presence for two teenagers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable hours, respectful employers, and a long-term position with a supportive family.</p><p><br></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Support morning routines, school preparation, and daily structure for two teenagers</li><li>Handle school drop-off and pickup, along with transportation to activities as needed</li><li>Prepare healthy weekday dinners and manage weekly meal planning and grocery organization</li><li>Maintain the overall flow of the household through cleaning, laundry, tidying, and organization</li><li>Coordinate household errands including grocery runs, dry cleaning, returns, and supply restocking</li><li>Provide care for our friendly golden doodle including weekday walks and occasional appointments</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><p>Within the first 6-12 months, success in this role will include:</p><ul><li>Creating reliable daily routines that help the household run smoothly and reduce stress for the family</li><li>Preparing consistent, healthy weekday meals and maintaining organized grocery systems</li><li>Keeping the home clean, organized, and well maintained on an ongoing basis</li><li>Building a positive and trusted relationship with both teenagers while providing appropriate oversight and support</li><li>Becoming a dependable, proactive presence who can independently manage day-to-day household priorities</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Previous experience as a nanny, household manager, family assistant, or similar role</li><li>Comfortable supporting older children and teenagers in a calm, respectful way</li><li>Strong cooking, organization, and time-management skills</li><li>Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Someone seeking a stable, long-term position with one family</li></ul><h3>Compensation and Benefits</h3><ul><li>$47,500 annual salary paid bi-weekly through payroll</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Costco membership</li><li>Family credit card for approved household purchases</li><li>Online grocery ordering through Loblaws click-and-collect</li><li>Two weeks paid vacation plus statutory holidays</li><li>Stable full-time weekday schedule</li><li>Supportive and respectful family environment</li></ul><h3>Work Location / Schedule</h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> West End, Kingston, Ontario</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br></p><p>Monday to Friday<br></p><p>7:30 am to 4:30 pm<br></p><p>One-hour flexible lunch break<br></p><p>No evenings or weekends</p><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>We welcome applications from experienced and dependable caregivers who are looking for a long-term role supporting a warm and organized family environment.</p><h2><br></h2>
