Full-Time Nanny and Household Manager (Kingston Ontario)

We are a professional family of four based in Kingston's west end seeking a dependable, organized, and caring full-time nanny and household manager to support our home and two teenagers. The Opportunity

This role combines childcare support, cooking, household organization, and day-to-day household management. While our children are older and more independent, we are looking for someone who can provide structure, reliability, and steady support while helping keep the home organized and running smoothly.

The right person will enjoy balancing practical household responsibilities with being a positive and trusted adult presence for two teenagers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable hours, respectful employers, and a long-term position with a supportive family.

What You'll Do

• Support morning routines, school preparation, and daily structure for two teenagers
• Handle school drop-off and pickup, along with transportation to activities as needed
• Prepare healthy weekday dinners and manage weekly meal planning and grocery organization
• Maintain the overall flow of the household through cleaning, laundry, tidying, and organization
• Coordinate household errands including grocery runs, dry cleaning, returns, and supply restocking
• Provide care for our friendly golden doodle including weekday walks and occasional appointments

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6-12 months, success in this role will include:

• Creating reliable daily routines that help the household run smoothly and reduce stress for the family
• Preparing consistent, healthy weekday meals and maintaining organized grocery systems
• Keeping the home clean, organized, and well maintained on an ongoing basis
• Building a positive and trusted relationship with both teenagers while providing appropriate oversight and support
• Becoming a dependable, proactive presence who can independently manage day-to-day household priorities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a nanny, household manager, family assistant, or similar role
• Comfortable supporting older children and teenagers in a calm, respectful way
• Strong cooking, organization, and time-management skills
• Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Someone seeking a stable, long-term position with one family

Compensation and Benefits

• $47,500 annual salary paid bi-weekly through payroll

Monday to Friday

7:30 am to 4:30 pm

One-hour flexible lunch break
